All runs for the metro are taken.

Unless Key Lime intends to upgrade a bunch of guys to the charter side, we are fat on metro pilots.

Dont be a floater metro pilot for Key Lime... they will ruin your life.

Just curious - I took a look at the website and noticed that Key Lime operates an old Lear 24 on pax charters. Who gets to fly that thing? Do they have dedicated pilots? It's a serious retro jet - check it out:

Default Ugh!

After a couple of months under new management; this place is even more of a joke than it was.

Still shady maintenance practices, still 27 day working months, and horrible UPS performance numbers.

Stay away from this s&*^hole. Caviat Emptor.

Things are better than when I started in may. I will agree that once in a while you will have to be competitent and confident in your mx calls and tell management you won't fly a certain plane. Pay has increased. Retirement plan. Health insurance. Things sure could be a LOT worse.

Hate to be an a hole, but this reminds me of flight schools in 07, they shaped up with benefits, pay, and QOL for a whole six months until the economic crash of 08....then pilots were beating the flight school doors like the sides of the Ark. Then poof....pay and benes gone!

Honest question....is this a true change or is management trying to stop a loss of pilots? If any pilots deserve decent pay and maintenance, its the freight dogs!

From what my buddy tells me, management is trying to retain pilots, however there is always that one pilot in the group who will never be happy where ever he or she goes, and will complain and complain until they get fed up and leave only to be unhappy else where.

I talked them up on here and still got the boot. We didn't see eye to eye on the priority between scheduled dispatch time and ice removal. Despite doing it right 100% of the time I am on the job search again.

Anyone have any 135 leads in the area?

What's going on? Are they up to their same old tricks?
