First time I'd ever had, or even heard of, biscuits and gravy!

Waitress is asking me if I want biscuits and gravy with my eggs, and I'm thinking...

Up Nawth we have toast and jam! Or home fries.

But now, after too many years spent walking Va. Ave, I'm addicted to biscuits and gravy!

Sorghum molasses with butter...mmmmm....mash the butter in the molasses and put it on the biscuit.
We don't live real long down here, but we have a good time while we are at it!

I'd gladly give it a go, but they didn't have any on the table at the BBQ Kitchen. Next time I'm there (should be in Dec. or Jan.) I'll ask for the good stuff!
