You keep saying we. Didnt you leave Envoy recently?

Quote: PilotCrusader,

You are on the right track. It's about time we do what is right for us at Envoy and not worry about other airlines. Other airlines who are always drooling over our flying.

Don't pick fights with PSA at this point, either. Lets focus on getting the best deal possible over the next few weeks and focus on the progression of our careers. If you want I can PM you the letter I sent to both DFW reps....I spoke with Kyle today as well.

Take care, man.
If they like their next offer to pass without waisting more time and money they will need to increase the flow to first 40-50 AA new hires from Envoy and 20,000 signing bonus. Nothing less. Period.

I can assure you it won't be that. Cut it to something like 30 flows at best and 10k. 2 separate payments, not lump sum.

RJ Pilot why are you still on this forum if you've left Envoy? Don't feel quilty leaving, you made the right decision. Not missing out on much. I promise.

Are you a PSA pilot? God I pray you are not. If so you have zero place in this world to speak of concessions.

Give them a call. I think you would be pleasantly surprised. A lot has changed since earlier this year. Including people's opinions and perceptions.
God I hope you are right, otherwise I see this place being shut down in three to five years.

Some of us are too old to start over, anywhere.
