How often do vacancy bids for changing bases come out?

That's weird. Took a look at your post history. ZERO posts on CAL/UAL all the way back to 2011. Most all of your posts are about Colgan then pinnacle. That's odd you don't have one single thing to say about your own airline.

Not much different than a lot of other ex regional pilots who have "graduated"
or made lateral moves and feel they still have so much to offer us!

1-How were the bids for the last endeavor class (bases & equipment)? I guess you guys do it by age on the first day of class or something like that correct? I will start on April and I was wondering if I have a good chance on getting the CRJ-900 out of MSP. Im 29 years old. I can bid a different base and switch later to MSP if necessary.

2-How long is reserve currently on the 200 and 900 in the different bases?

To add to the above post, does anyone know how many new hires started this week?

Class seniority is by age. That said you probably will not get MSP 900 off the bat.

Reserve runs about 1-2 months on the -200 and 6-7 months on the -900. As far as the -900 goes LGA is the quickest and MSP is the slowest.

By all means, bid MSP 900 if you want it. You get 6 bid choices, and the company assigns based on age in class and what is available. Anything is possible, literally. And just because you get one base in training doesn't mean you are stuck (for long); you will likely be able to bid out of it within a bid period or two.

You will rank order the following 6 choices in training:
MSP 200
MSP 900
DTW 200
DTW 900
LGA 900
JFK 900

All that being said, the last class of 25 had several choosing MSP as a base, and no one was awarded it on either airframe.
