What's happening at Horizon and Jets?

Probably because living in or near Seattle is absurdly expensive, and commuting is horrible.

Failure
Don't know how Skywest and Compass operate when I comes to extra training but every day you are not simming or flying you are loosing a bit of proficiency. At some point the company will cut a person loose if they can't catch up even if it is the company's fault. I'd probably want to be somewhere the training program reflects the experience level of the students coming through and complete on schedule.
23 Training failures and counting last month! Run Away!

Stinger. I know some good pilots that failed their Q400 MV. The effort they gave would have easily got them through training at the other big regionals no problem. One of which tuffed it out, went through the review board and eventually got through. Now that he is finally on line, he hates it. And he is a good guy with a good attitude. If u want mgmt to treat you with respect and not try to exploit you every chance they get, go somewhere else. Im not a fan, but you would be light years better off at OO or Compass. U will make around $600 more a month too.

Really Griever? How do you know? Been keeping your own analytics? You sound like a company pogue. It is a no brainer that large gaps between sim sessions produce negative results. Especially when pilots are just barely hanging on.

Pogue? I like how haughty you've become, don't ever change, precious.
