In all seriousness, I don't care about the referral. I've helped numerous guys get class dates recently and not once did I put in for the money. It just never crossed my mind.

**We are hiring and upgrading like gangbusters and opening a new base. Pedro and others are pushing hard for two former bases of ours to re-open in 2017..one west coast and another east coast. Not hard to figure out which ones. Anyways, looks like AA is favorable to this idea at this point. It's night and day now with Scott Kirby gone and Isom in charge.

With all that said, the 90 E175 options have just become very, very real.

Maybe you guys can come hang out in front of the DFW Mesa crew room and start recruiting. Set up a little table right outside the door with helpful info. I expect a little commission my way for the idea.

well lets see, ord does no flying out in the west coast, so no.
the e145's are being sent to pdt so even a lga e145 base for envoy will only effect ord very little. Finaly when it comes down to it, who cares about ord, 80% of the pilots in ORD and DFW are commuters.

I don't think so. Right now they are focused on growth, so there wouldn't be any shuffle.
