The arbitrators have a tough job due to all the extraneous variables involved. The outcome will be interesting.

I try to stay pretty positive and hope that we're able to get through this SLI and move forward. Yes, everyone will complain, that's what pilots do best. I also realize that I can't judge an entire group on based on this website, but I'm sometimes shocked at what's coming out of the desert. You won the lottery and you're whining about the taxes.

This makes DAL look better than we are. Keep in mind the DC contributions constitute the whole of our retirement plan.

I am pretty sure most would gladly forgo the 15% DC contribution for the 60% FAE that many of us lost.

Correct me if I am wrong, but if AMR guys are still getting a DB retirement I think you guys are doing a lot better than this chart would have it appear.

As was said previously - this chart was made by our management in the hopes of getting us to accept the next substandard offer they throw our way.

Too simplistic. It's not just the NIC, it's whether AWA guys get to start flying to China (for that quality air) in 3-5 years. If fuel prices drop and Dougie delays 787 orders, keeps the 767-300s, and the Westie's leap in front of LAA guys for those spots.

Lots going on. Only easy for those with small minds.
