How often are crews kept over 16 days? What is the average you are kept out over 16 days? Is there an actual training contract? Not that Id bail, but its a great litmus for the climate of a company. Thanks!

During busy season expect to be out full 20 days...

I had a 5 weeks off over the summer. I'm working a month off before my next available days. I haven't worked 16 days since April or May.
There is no training contract...

I'm rated in the 744 and live in Florida. Based on what Fly guy is saying, it sounds a lot better now.

How are the bennies though?

Yes they are currently interviewing and hiring. To be honest I don't know where to apply anymore with this employment arrangement changing next month...
