How did they get 4 ERs in ATL when the last AE a week ago had no ERB in ATL?

Not sarcastic, honest question trying to figure out how long it will take me to hold ATL on the ER (Currently NYC ERB)

Very interested in the answer to this, seeing as how that AE also saw 11 F/Os leave ATL 7ER...

I suspect there were unbid positions on the big bid.

Certainly worth looking into. Call crew resources and ask. If you don’t get an answer that sounds plausible, call 1800-USA-ALPA and ask to speak to contract admin.

My understanding has always been they can’t assign it to newhires unless no current pilots have bid it. With an intervening AE I don’t think the big bid that Sailing refers to is a player - caveat being that you were an eligible bidder. Ie no freeze, etc

Did you bid the ATL ER on the last AE?

Yes. I'm seat locked to ER, but not to NYC.
