Please tell me you're being sarcastic/joking equating those numbers with "knocking it out of the park"?
Barely acceptable would be quintuple those numbers!

Skywest management loves that mentality.
It has to be double digit gain if we want to catch up with Endevour, Republic, etc
Company management claims to be the employer of choice and the best Regional Airline. It should match that by paying the best at the Regional level. Simple as that.

With that in mind, name any amount of money that you want to bet that SkyWest will never even come close to Republic's pay and work rules.

work rules i dont know because im not very familiar with the details of either contract. However i really dont see how you guys dont think pay will go up. Unless management wants to start shrinking the airline they will have no choice but to raise pay/and or start throwing big bonuses out there. Attrition will only get worse and new hire FO's will become even more sparse.
One of the main draws of Skywest for a lot of people was the large selection of west coast bases. However with the eastward expansion they are loosing that recruiting tool as well.
I know everyone on here are the most disgruntled pilots out there but you've got to see they are running out of options unless they want to shrink substantially and eventually become the next Great Lakes.
