he totally is. Could have been building time the last 17 weeks in order to move on. Sitting around won’t do much.

A F/A I’m flying with mentioned something about this but I didn’t hear anything about 57K, probably wasn’t really listening though. Where is this posted?

it was a mass email from Sonya sent to all FA’s
edit: OO has 47k worth of incentives for working as a pilot to help pay it back from what I seen in the email. idk what happens with the other 10k though

OK I found it under inflight, it’s a long road for the total compensation (2 yrs as CA) but it’s a path.

Seems that there are lots of rumors floating around on training timelines, here is my experience of the current ERJ timeline. Feb 4th Indoc, March 9 PTV, (break), March 21 MV1, April 4th LOE, IOE is now scheduled for May 4. I had two breaks in training, 10 days between PT and MT, as well as a month between LOE and IOE. It seems most of my class is getting IOE the first couple weeks of May (averaging 2-4 weeks between LOE and IOE). I was told to expect a 2 week wait for IOE and waited 4 weeks. Overall, I am happy with this training pace, getting two paid breaks to recover and travel before hitting reserve. I believe they are slowly digging through the backlog and that IOE waits will get shorter, however, this is opinion. YMMV.

I like to fly airplanes. Plus you’re giving up future seniority at another carrier by sitting around and not building time.
