No that is correct, and you are precisely making my point with your post. Unless you’re in the golden boy program, your Dad is BFF’s with the CEO, you’re not going to hear from a ULCC as Joe Schmoe pilot with a commercial license.

Why aren’t you interviewing/going to Envoy, PSA, or Piedmont?

People that have recently gone through have seen Indoc then a 50% chance of an up to two week delay. Ground/Matrix then depending how you are able to bid your PT/SIM schedule you may have up to a month off. Some PT/SIM schedules have a bit of time off between PT and MT; could be 10 days-ish. IOE scheduling might throw some off time in there too... Mine scheduled out to be between 4 and 5 months start to finish.

My take, the off periods are nice to have; reset and study up for the next part of training. You get paid ~$1,500 gross twice a month, United travel benefits day one, Delta after 30 days (I think), some descent "leisure hotel" rates if you look around. It's been an easy/enjoyable existence for me.

I'll be the second to ask, "Why not Envoy, PSA, Piedmont?"

Thanks for the update...I'm a RATP person..900 for 1000. I applied to Envoy two months ago and got a "come back later" ... PSA and Piedmont, applied minutes after the announcement and crickets so far.

Good job. Keep it up. You got a four year from a great school. You’re timing is great.

When are CA’s supposed to start getting ca pay? I finished my LOE sim in may and still getting FO pay. Is it after we pass the line check?

My understanding is from ground school. You have to put ‘ANY’ in your standing bid though.
