Per Diem?

What is per diem based on? Is it $2 at TAFB, duty, credit or some other metric?

Why don't I see any discussion on wanting it raised (along with pay) with the next TA?

New to 121 so thanks in advance for the answers.

If they’ve been here less than 6 months or a year they’re not allowed in the sapa forums….

And that really bothers me. Is it the Skywest Airline Pilot Association or the Partial Skywest association? Why are are type-rated qualified pilots excluded from communications?

I think it was something along the lines of "it would cloud our feeble minds from performing higher level functions like being able to fly an airplane"...

mgnt (sapa) doesn’t want you to see what’s really happening and get a bad taste early on.
