Commuting for SkyWest from Italy is a worse idea than communism.

Thanks that’s about where they are right now.

There are none available with Delta, but on United, you can purchase a discounted confirmed seat through United eRes. This will be your best option if you're looking to save some money.

Thank you!

Lol! No commuting for me, I’m moving to base, wherever that is!

SkyWest hiring timeline ?

Is there anyone here that is part of the hiring team or have info about them?

I've been waiting a few weeks for a hiring decision from Skywest. I interviewed on Oct 25th for an FO position. I am eligible for an unrestricted ATP and had positive comments from the captain that interviewed me.
He said I should have an answer within a couple weeks from the company. This was echoed shortly later by my recruiter. It's coming up on a month now and no response (good or bad) and I have not been able to get in touch with the recruiter. Has anyone else had issues like this for so long on just getting answer?
I get they are busy and swamped with hiring but this just seems a bit much when I cannot even find anyone to give me an answer.

I have a class start date in March with Endeavor. SkyWest was my first choice but it is looking like Endeavor may be the better option.

If it helps I interviewed at the end of July (which in Regional time is aeons ago I guess, things were so different then), heard back within a week. I was at 1520 TT then. Was originally looking at an Oct class but it got pushed back to end of Dec. I guess the forced upgrades have something to do with it.

The recruiter has never been particularly responsive… I sometimes have to wait a week or so to get a question answered and it’s not like I have been bombarding her with questions.
Try not to take any of it personally and just make the best decision for you at any given time would be my approach. Good luck!

Similar situation here. I'm part of the cadet program, have all my hours, interviewed Nov. 8 and the captain who interviewed me (he indicated I should expect an offer without saying as much) said if I haven't heard back from the recruiter within 2 weeks then I probably "fell through the cracks" and that I should reach out at that point. I left a short voicemail and gentle email after two weeks with no response but then we rolled into Thanksgiving and I figured that might be delaying things. You've been waiting over a week longer than I have. Crazy.

CRJ Junior Lineholder Base ?

Hi Folks,

I got an earlier training date for the CRJ. Anyone know what base is the easiest to become a lineholder the quickest? I plan to move to live in base.
