Call me naive but I don’t have a dog in this fight because I haven’t worked for OO for years. But with the forced upgrades and a massive pipeline of new pilots who will soon be reaching ATP mins, has SkyWest averted collapse? It looked really bleak a few months ago but if OO can bridge the gap between the pilot shortage and the upcoming pilot surplus, they will be fine.

we will know by 2027 when the dust has settled. Won’t be much left of any regional by then.

Happy for you! Also a bit strange that there seem to be many of us who interviewed 4-6 weeks ago that haven't heard a thing and recruiters seem to have vanished. Hard to even be a squeaky wheel when weekly calls/emails go unanswered. Crickets.

I interviewed early/mid October and was given the offer a couple weeks later for an ATP-CTP early February and ERJ class date following that. Still have not received the email with the portal info, but I did receive a survey from SkyWest a few days ago asking me about my goals and aspirations with the company and over the next 5 years. Did anyone else receive this survey email?

Yes. You should get the portal email within a day or so of receiving that one.

I received the survey email as well last week, but still no word on an offer, let alone a class date

Up the email frequency to include once on the weekend too.

Same here. Been just over a month. No responses besides "you are still under review" from the recruiter a few days ago. Not sure what to do.
