Trip has gotten militant angry 😡 in an environment that has never been better for pilots, like a lot of pilots. It’s an attitude that feeds on itself. Trip was happier in 2014 when our negotiators got a win by not taking a pay cut.

That checks. …Since he was pretty defensive about his crazy rambling conference calls. 😂

Its simple. Weeks ago, management told the student body what they were getting and what they would sell to pilots. But. To make it seem like 'negotiations' LOL were going on, they were told to sit on it. Make it look like there were real discussions. Today, they copied and pasted the wording of real union messages and now play the 'we have to put it into actual ' language' card, because that is what real unions do. Its all a charade. Company has known for weeks what everyone is about to vote no on. And remember, people only leave OO so they can say they work at DL or AA or wherever. Thats not out of touch AT ALL!!

I imagine quite a few of you all are hoping for something good to come across the table and if it’s not that will be the final nail in the coffin & attrition will sky rocket. Hopefully management kept this in mind.

We have west coast bases. SGU still knows that’s all it takes. They will always push a cheaper package because they know droves of newbs gotta be in Cali, Colorado or PNW and that pipeline of pilots will always be there.

This is and always has been huge and everyone knows it. It was for me and don't regret my choices. The key is finding the proper balance for the cumulative market. hopefully this will be done without alienating the rest of pilot group.
