So you’re gonna take action out on an entire pilot group that has nothing to do with what is going on... We don’t like it any more than you do. That is the most immature reaction to this situation. Let the people actually involved with the situation handle it. You’re taking your frustrations out on innocent pilots trying to get home/ to work. Knock it off and represent XJT better. This whole situation sucks but you aren’t helping anything. Sounds like you’re more so just bitter at SkyWest for other previous reasons.

Because SkyWest is trying to make up their own rules. Maybe if you had a real union with real lawyers they would understand better. The only agreement in place for the jumpseat is that we’re allowed on yours and you’re allowed on ours. Changing listing priority is NOT aN FOM violation. There is nothing signed that the UAL MEC changed about allowing you on our jumpseat. In fact our MEC emailed again tonight after this drama started asking us to be adults and not reciprocate against you and republic despite UAL pilots already being denied jumpseat today for a change that hasn’t even taken place yet.

Then there’s the fact the notice was given on May 19th of the formal priority of the UAL jumpseat. Your “leadership” must really treat you guys like mushrooms.

So the Skywest pilots don’t agree with what SAPA put out denying XJT, ARW, Commutair and TranStates Pilots the jumpseat? If that is true, why don’t you change your SAPA leadership? They speak for you. If you disagree with them, then remove them.

Until the FOM says otherwise, I’m not denying anybody. SAPA can suggest whatever they want. Doesn’t mean PICs have to follow it for their JS.

So the majority don’t agree, but just sit back and allow it to happen. Got it.

Don’t you have a problem with SAPA speaking for you and putting you in this position?

So what part of this agreement did UAL change that makes it a FAA violation to take a UAL JS?
Nobody is saying anything about FAA violations.

You think we can kick out and replace representative members with those that align with our wants and needs 12 hours after an announcement? Lol let’s be realistic. SAPA is getting plenty of flack today from the pilot group. You don’t see it though because you do not work here and see what happens on the inside. Focus on your own carrier.
