FAA won't approve ST's for additional 60 days therefore with no training they will dequal. I'm guessing a re-qual will need a full AQP type event.

Yes, you need to remain qualified to be eligible for CPTO as there is a two week call back window and the sims are closed. This requirement to get your landings was addressed when CPTO was introduced. Contact company if they have not contacted you already. Otherwise you will be on a normal LOA which have never been paid.

I have been flying a line. So, no issues there. Just asking and my EFB with the PPM in it was across the room. This was easier.
