Just like we can’t drop anything either. Different story for FO’s. Not only is it speculative to claim “they’re going to hack line-holder schedules into pieces”, it’s just straight FUD.

In our threads you claim the bid by our management is well below the ask. In the major threads you post SkyWest can’t afford the bid and the regionals are dead in the water. I don’t believe your distraught opinion on the OO TA is based in good faith.

so, they are taking previously available same day swaps away to give it back to you as a gain in the TA?

a bunch of random drug tests appear to be in order here

Yeah it was available when we had the staffing. Won’t have the staffing for a long time, if ever? So it was never a contractual guarantee that was “lost and given back”.

There is no “misinformation” in my post.... you completely pivoted to ignore the 401k concession. It is a concession, you need to admit that.

SkyWest can’t afford under past capacity purchase agreements… maybe their future contracts allow for it? They’ve hinted at that but there’s no proof yet in the revenue reported. But that’s a whole different topic. Again, you’re pivoting off topic here. What SkyWest can/can't afford is not your problem. That's managements problem. Your problem is getting an industry leading TA without concessions, which this agreement is far from. You don't get industry leading TAs by voting yes the first chance you get.

I’m sorry you let them take away same day swaps without a fight but them offering it back to you is not a “QOL” win.

I’m voting NO until the following are added to the TA:

-%20 direct contribution to I 401k day one
-MINIMUM 18 days off per month
-%150 pay per hour of work over 6 hours of duty
-%150 pay per leg over 2!
-Ability to trade or drop any trip any time I want
-First class confirmed seats to commute to and from work

Anyone not holding out for way more is an imbecile in this environment!

This is the most wild time for hiring since probably.... ever. Recession or not they are bleeding. You guys need to get contract improvements + pay.

If not now then when?

Remember when JO at Mesa years ago laughed and said "You pilots should've let me negotiate for you"... don't let that happen!!

clearly you don't get it. The sooner they vote yes, the sooner they'll get the leverage they really need for a good TA.... ;)

And we need to match Delta narrowbody Captain pay.

How is that common sense? List the carriers that get all of these things.
