SkyWest: Training Delays?
#191
But yeah, if you have a sufficiently lucrative side gig dependent on you being at your regional it might pencil out, and I’m sure everyone experiences the golden handcuff effect of seniority. Nobody REALLY wants to start at the bottom rung of the next ladder with reserve and all the cr@p trips for initially less pay, even if they know intellectually it might work out better. Bird in the hand and all that. Still, that presumes the regional survives. Mine didn’t.

Is that the only class that was rescheduled. I was under the assumption that the Feb classes have been moved accordingly. Didn’t the Feb 20th class get a March 20th? Was that not the same for the others?

Negative and it seems only the 2/10 CRJ was moved to 3/10. No word on 2/10 ERJ or any other Feb class date ERJ or CRJ.

sounds like most of it is covered by our partners. SkyWest inc has 1 billion in the bank. Im sure they can figure it out.. i only have 15 years left. 10 years here money/retirement is the same as 15 years at a Major.. Now if i was under 40. No way would i stay… To each there own…

We have been going over this for a long time. I got into this 121 game in 1996. It has been “one list”, “in house” over and over. And it never happens…..Its all a risk and a offset for the majors. And it will continue as it always has…

I was in the 2/24 or 2/26 (forget exact date doesn’t matter anymore) ATP course 3/6 Indoc CRJ class originally, I’ll post here when/if the re-schedule email shows up.
