More than 100 E175s, you know how it goes, the official word on where and when will probably come out sometime down the line.

From "UTC's" prospective, they would need to know a firm number so they can plan there budget/MX personal in place..A loose 100 or so number is bad business form...

And if you are never interested in reading my posts, the forum allows a way of accommodating that, as some have done.

1. Union discussions are restricted to the union forum...that's why it was created. Unions have all the same issues as politics...thread trajectory is always predictable and never good.

2. We can keep threads "on track", and do so all the time. It is entirely appropriate to start a SKW/Surejet integration/whipsaw thread and you're probably the right guy to do it. But this is not that thread.

As a MOD, I obviously can't opt out on specific users.
Fair enough. But when someone quotes one of my posts and asks a union question, I'll answer.

Please don't let it turn into a hijack.

Ok, but I don't think you understand what I'm saying. If we are not allowed to say ANYTHING about ANY union on ANY thread about Skywest that is in the Regional forums, and someone asks me a union question on said thread, then it's not me hijacking it. Anyway, I think it's ridiculous to ban ANY union conversation on a thread about the largest part 121 airline that is non-union. Go ahead and ban me from APC indefinitely if you want. I do not care.

Gee, for a forum with free open communication and information, some of you guys sure don't like to have free open communication and information. Especially since you can simply skip my or anyone else's post or just put me on ignore.
