That shows what layer the pairing was assigned in. Check the reason report as well. It will show you what pairings went senior and other reasons it wasn't awarded to you. Helpful to get an idea of what senior people are bidding.

It's on the united intranet under the news tab:

We anticipate deliveries of the aircraft will begin next year and continue through the summer of 2017. The new aircraft will replace older, less-efficient 50-seat regional jets and are in addition to the 125 E175s whose deliveries began in 2014.
"Our customers tell us that they are thrilled with these modern, fuel-efficient aircraft," said Fleet VP Ron Baur. "The E175s are a great addition to the regional fleet and further align the United Express inflight experience with our mainline service."
The E175s will offer 12 seats in United First and 64 seats in United Economy, including 16 extra-legroom United Economy Plus seats. The aircraft also offer more personal space for customers, with wider seats and aisles than other regional aircraft; a power outlet at each United First seat; and large overhead bins that can accommodate standard-size carry-on bags.

Sorry it said PN and not PL so whats (PN) ? I get the P1 ie ( layer 1 )
1. Is there a smart way on the next bid period to avoid standups? what would that formula be?
also on a standup your just getting paid for flight time and TAFB nothing special here correct?
2. I have a standup up that ends in the AM and another standup starting in the PM same day. I reckon this is ok as long as there is 10 hours inbetween correct?
Thanks.
btw even with my monkey job on figuring out PBS for the first time 88hrs and 285 TAFB with 3 standups and 3 X (4) day trips and 15 days off. Not too shabby for a first year FO on a first bidding period I think.
** lots of canada

Standup pay is based on duty time. You're on duty all night and we have a guarantee of 1 hour pay for every two hours of scheduled duty. So if you are scheduled to show at 9:00pm and get released at 8:00 am, it's 11 hours of duty which equals 5:30 of pay. The block time on these doesn't factor into the pay.

I tried bidding for 3 days next month even my worst one credits 17 hours. Not sure what the change was that made the pairings a little better, but I have heard the days of 27-30 hour 4 days will come to an end. I guess the new software will try and average out the credit on pairings across the board.
Any new hires that have gone through ERJ training? Curious about the hotel situation in Aurora. I heard SLC rooms have 2 bedrooms and share a bathroom but DEN its just a normal room?? Is that just for ground school or the whole 2-3 months of training? Thanks!
