One of my buddies just did it. Sounds like the training was fine. It's just a crappy airplane compared to the 175. Especially in winter ;)

We only grew by 5 pilots in January!
Looks like hiring was normal but attrition was huge. There is this magical sucking sound from the top of the list every time SWA runs a class. |

The only way management comes back to the table is we start losing more than we can hire.
And any ideas on which flying gets cut first when we can't staff it? |
