Hey all, I wanted to pick your brain about SKW as an option: is the E-Jet or CRJ the better path for a SoCal guy? How long to get off reserve? How about an LAX base? Is there a difference in training? Which one do the pilots like better? Thanks!

CRJ is the way to go - everywhere ...

Oh and go CRJ. There are a lot of LA FOs with bids in for the 175. |
Let's say I went E-Jet... reserve? LAX?

Long story short, go to the CRJ and when you're seatlock is up, transition to the 175 if you want. OTOH, if you absolutely must fly the 175 and want LAX, go to Compass. |
I get the advice, I'm just curious what that looks like in terms of reserve time and time to LAX. Are there any real numbers yet?

Would anyone be interested in buying a cooler bag? Its the Aerocast cooler with laptop bag. $80 new.
Bought it when I started flying in Feb. Haven't really used it as much as I thought I would. Getting a lot less 4 day trips now as well. |

Just awarded LAX, 1 year in..... I plan on being on RSV for a while, still better than commuting. That's just me though. |
