I have SJS... haha But I could go the 9E and fly the RJ for more..

I was told Rsv at 9E is about 3-4 months.. Isn't rsv at Skywest for the 175 6?

Where are you trying to get based?
I wouldn't chase a specific aircraft when it'd force you to commute.

Commuting from MCO just for the first year then I can practically move anywhere

Don't come to SkyWest then. 175 = long reserve, very little flying.

This is why everyone's transition bids are being bypassed, gotta hold all those training slots for newhires. Dangling that E-jet carrot is the only way they can get a lot of of these guys in the door.
