I don't think you can go wrong with either honestly. I keep hearing that Compass flying in LAX isn't sticking around and that DL isn't happy with them, but thats all rumors. As things stand the best place to get West at Skywest is to get on the 175 and do so before senior ppl get in.

I didn't have the choice when hired, but hindsight I may have had a better QOL if I had started on the Bro. I would make me hesitate to take the CRJ where they are not honoring seniority in transitions. I think the seat lock is shorter if you are not given the choice.
