We don't have any flight attendants who were hired 30+ years ago. I fly with the number one fa in the company and she's not at 30 yet.

I know a lot of 5+ year FOs that are just holding out till the for sure can hold a line. The upgrade time will swing back and forth for a while before it starts dropping.

Should drop even more in June. Thats when 2 more E175 sims come on line and they double their training...and they're not done with the awards yet...

I do wonder, though...
How long before SKW retires the RJ fleet, especially the -200s? Serious question.

Why isn't Skywest paying 15000 signing bonus
I just heard that endouver is now
Paying 5000 sign on bonus and now if you have not only 121 but now 135 experience they will pay you 10,000 plus the additional 5000 signon making it 15000. Why can't skywest offer that, are they really filling all their classes with 100 students.
Also correct me if I am wrong but if a skywest pilot refers another pilot and they get hired does that Skywest pilot get 7500 dollar.
Even Piedmont is offering the same deal as endouver and both are flow through programs

Mind if I ask where you heard that? I'd like to know how much 135 time. So them and Envoy are playing the same war. Love it... let's keep upping the ante!

You spend every post denying that you are "that person" which proves you are "that person". That person that everyone hates, who thinks he has it figured out and is screwed cause he knows it's too late to go to the majors and justifies staying at the regionals as a career choice. Please. Seriously. SAD.
