And that brought them to industry average. Years and year of below, then a big raise doesn't constitute getting a every year inflation raise...

Average? Go look. They destroy our ppm in every sense of the word.

We get MDG. You drop a turn? Lose MDG. They still keep it.

We get TONS of lco crap in ot. They do not go to work for less than mdg. Open time is MDG*1.5 as it should be.

Their payrates are also way higher.

Everything about their contract is way more "industry leading" than anything Russ wants to shove down our throats.

Go read and learn, what we have is a joke

I checked Republic, air Wisconsin and an AA WO and didn't find that.
So how about you point us in the right direction.

You want to get paid for dropping a turn? Who gets that?!

I could care less what the company does with OT. That's THEIR flying, not mine. I don't feel entitled to the right to pick up OT every month at a premium. Now if they can't cover it and REALLY need my help on a day off it's going to cost them for sure$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Now QOL on the other hand...it might be worth a union right now to try and get some QOL rules locked in. That was why I voted yes in 2006...didn't think we needed it, but wanted to lock in the QOL we had at the time, just in case. Guess I was right about that one.

You're not getting it. It's not about ot

They get paid for dropping a turn if it takes them below MDG. MDG is just that, MINIMUM you get for showing up to work PERIOD

Or maybe we can talk about our laughable "trip rig" and "duty rig"

Yeah, scheduled is LAUGHABLE

Yeah but the company has the right to try and build efficient pairings which block more than MDG. If you then break up that pairing for your own convenience, you don't have a "right" to MDG.

MDG just exists to keep the company from wasting our time with inefficient workdays. Not to allow you to game the system and get free time off with pay.

I'll certainly call out the company on a wide variety of BS, but full pay for crew split pairings isn't in that category.

Rick. Do you happen to remember what the voter participation percentage was on that vote? Just curious.
