Immediately to who knows.

No growth. Minimal attrition

Only 23 FOs and 25 Captains. Junior FO is pretty new. JR captain looks to be 6+ years just spitballing the seniority number.

Yes they can. Factually, plenty of cool-aid to go around. Some are just sweeter than others ;) . Endeavor, Air Whisky, and WO are just adding more $ugar

LOL I notice at least three SkyWest call-signs per day spoken in Australian accents since October 2017. Is the new norm nowadays to hire foreigners to fill positions that Americans don't want due to below industry-average pay?

SkyWest actually sponsors and pays for the visa as long as the person is eligible.

One of the provisions on the visa is that they can only be employed by SkyWest.

I guess since they are paying the person you can't call it enslavement?

But it's pretty close!

There is no cost to SKYW as no labor certification is required.

Have you read what the E3 visa entails? pretty sure the fees are less than $1000. Good for 2 years, can be extended as many times as possible. If they change jobs new employer must file a new one.

yes, it is super easy. The application fee is $270. That's it. No cost to the employer and you can just re-apply for another employer. No time limit.
