Default SIM/Ground instructors

anyone flying a line start off in the training department? Or does southwest keep guys from making the switch to the line?

Plenty have made the transition. 3 year commitment I think. No pilot seniority accrued because two different unions. Not a bad gig.

I talked to a guy about it. It's in the 60s, apparently. But their schedule didn't sound all that taxing.
