I was the recipient of a 3 hour delay due to the previous crew trying this and getting an auto-shutdown.

I believe rollback for bleed configuration is red tick going out, on both planes for continuity. No need to get fancy over a couple minutes and risk a potential hot start, unless you’re part of the “fly it like a -200 crowd” and the captain taxis at V1.

The nice thing about the NEO is that you just move one switch and it starts automatically like a modern airplane (ones built since the 1980s). We can't handle that level of technology on the 737 so we make the FO do a bunch of busy work...
