Yes yes let’s just accept whatever the company wills because some how they represent the govt and then precedence won’t be set when we allow them to trample through our contract. Let’s see what else we can use to apply to this situation.

Were your threatened labor actions within the scope of your rights under the RLA? Did the court side with the company because you were outside your RLA rights?
