630 upgrades in the first half of the year… 510 in the second half.

That’s roughly 1200 upgrades between now and the end of 2023. Now one can check on SWAPA SRC sources where they fall.
I'm not sure I'm reading that correctly on SRC. In my base says 30 ahead of me that have cpt as a choice.
that dosent seem right as I'm probably 500 from upgrade system wide.
What am I missing?

I take it to mean 30 ahead of you have LAS (or whatever your base is) as their #1. I don’t think that counts contingency bids (someone bidding LAS only if they can hold it at 85%).

I’m prob wrong…the footnotes on the site read like legalese….

Easy for me to believe. Very few I fly with have a captain bid in. Most want their base and some seniority before they change their bid.

Very rough numbers, but the ballpark for first available upgrade is the very bottom number under ‘total ahead.’

We are similar stats. I’m a hundred ahead, but about the same on the SRC individual view. I’m expecting 500 minimum to bypass. Again, the numbers for ahead in base are only the ones that have it as their number 1 bid. It doesn’t take in to account what contingency they are bidding, so it’s just a rough sampling.

According to myseniority.com , junior has changed from OAK to LAX (I’m less than 420 away).

What I want clarification on is if one is opted into the Lance program, can they award a Lance out of domicile? Let’s say I have a LAS CA bid in, can I be surprised by a Lance award there? I don’t want it which is why I’m asking.

They're sure taking their time posting the Nov vacancy projection. Should been out 48 hours after the vacancy was sent out...which would have been a few hours ago.

A lot to get done when you work from home. The front line employees need to shut up and get to work .

The data comes from the company...should be an automated report once the data arrives.
