And yeah, what’s happening in MDW? The other rep signed his name to the letter. I guess PHX is only dealing with cross fitters, gold digging dinosaurs, and North Scottsdale duck lip emergencies. Pretty normal out here desert side.

This email shows exactly what I'm talking about in the other thread. This is why the company is stonewalling. Every communication from our reps should be about hardening our resolve for industry-leading contract, educating our RLA-ignorant brethren of the steps, prime people up for a strike vote so we vote unanimously to send a very clear message to the company. Instead, we have this.... I reckon things are good and nothing needs to be changing. We just need chiefs to be more politically-correct, and voila... all's well.

I think most agree with you. After 6 years this rep , that did not get the assistant CP job,feels compelled to ruin someone’s career. There is much more much more to this story that we will never know .

I have a feeling there is way more to this onion than the layer we are seeing.
She has a reputation for being extremely solid and is very well regarded by the pilots in MDW that she represents. All of my interactions with her doing lounge visits and seeing her on the line have been extremely positive and she is as militant as they come.
That being said, a SWAPA blast was an odd place to throw this hand grenade. I am reserving my judgment until I see "the rest of the story".

Could not agree more. She is well regarded, NC is well regarded also.

So they're both good people. 👍 What this likely proves is the ridiculous cancel culture has invaded one of the last bastions of normalcy in our lives. When our seniority list falls to wokeism, we are doomed. And has been pointed out by RJ, our contract "fight" will suffer.
