I'm confused by this. Is this because they are adding more reserve lines in proportion to hard lines?

Explain it to me like I'm in the top 20%.

a lot of the lines will be given to those 68 new hires for their consolidation months. Everyone else will have to deal with what’s left.

Question for all of you that are worried about setting your base month when upgrading. When they move your training month up like they seem to love doing, does that reset your base month as well or does your base month always remain unchanged? I don’t know because Homie don’t play that game and their move up attempts have been rather unsuccessful with me.

move ups reset your base month. Personally, the idea of changing a base month to an extremely undesirable base month would make me very sick to my stomach, especially if I had delayed my upgrade to make sure I get a specific base month for the next few decades.
