Some data and predictions for the BNA housing market. There are others also and they say about the same.
I think what you’re seeing in BNA is what AUS was right before its housing market decline.
AUS for example has abt 3500 houses on the market with dom increasing, coupled with about 12k Airbnbs and vrbos, mostly people with rooms to rent long-term (think, bring in a roommate to help cover expenses).
BNA seems to be following AUS similar trends in housing, auto and other markets.
I think what you’re seeing in BNA is what AUS was right before its housing market decline.

Openning Q2 2024.
Will start with 200 pilots. Will end 2024 around 400 pilots.
Based on current bids, it will take 20 years senority to hold CA. FOs side, can be held by new hires. I assume this will change some as people update their bids as the openning gets closer.
