They have already not met my expectations

I with you. We have concessions and non industry standard items agreed to already.

The co-terminal language is a big NO for me. Not because any of it matters to me, but that it is a bell weather moment where I believe several SWAPA insiders are pushing it because they have been enticed to sell it as a gain. The loyalty test will lead to a management job in the near future. This bovine excrement happens every negotiation cycle.

there’s no need for separate hotels.. but having short/long stay would be nice, as well as separate vans and removing the need for CA to check the girt bar. That’s just a lame excuse to keep us waiting.

I’m really thinking of a SWAPA hotel committee and dumping the CAB. If we’re at the same hotel fine, but it’s up to them to get there.

Oh but it does affect you. They can grow those other 3 airports all they want and don’t need co terminals to do it. They can add it to the flying at every base, just like they do any other airport they add or build up. Coterminals save SWA airlines money so a very few living in DAL MDW HOU would benefit to a shorter drive or possibly commute. It will take flying from every base, paid DHs, OT etc. but as long as 10% benefit. It's a gain

They signed a spirit-minus contract less than a year later. I can't imagine why anyone would spend one day longer than necessary at Frontier. It's one of only 2 companies I never even applied to when I was starting out, because I could tell from the outside how toxic that place would be.

Agreed, I could care less if they are in the same place as us, I just dont want to burn 30-40 minutes of my overnight waiting. The girt bar thing is ridiculous, if the FA's can be trusted all day long to make sure they are disengaged and engaged, why suddenly at night are they incapable of that.

Careful, they will have you rushing back after every leg to check them like they changed the walk around policy. Remember, "Pilot quality of life is of no concern to the company".

agree. I’m sick of the dingy double tree tours, and 40 minute van rides with 13 hours of “rest”
