Ratification Bonus Letter of Agreement(RB LOA)
SWA due to counter. Our RB LOA applies to all current Pilots and those who have retired since the amendable date. SWAPA understands that we cannot allow any bonus less than full retro because we cannot reward management’s delay tactics.

They can leak what ever they want. SWAPA knows it’s 100% full retro or it’s DOA…

And yes. Retro is a third rail for this pilot group and everyone knows it. It is either paid in full or we will be going for round 2.

Or even the first part of Q2. One great thing about the AIP to contract period is that it is looooong. You will be amazed what questions won't get asked until the 11th hour, especially when there are hidden gems in there.

NC said as sections are AIP’d, they’re writing the language so when they announce we have a AIP….the TA will already be writtten and ready to be voted on. Still said they’re not in a rush and are going to be doing podcasts, road shows, etc but we could theoretically have a vote end 30 days after it’s announced.
…my vote is No.

Look at little things and language that has gotten past the NC and members:
irregular ops - how is this still a thing?
open time giveaway rule that we did to ourselves that has become a restrictive mess that went way beyond its original intent and eventually had to go to arbitration
sick time accumulation on premium trips...has personally cost me tens of thousands of dollars.
I could go on and on. 3 months is about the right amount of time between a finished TA and a ratified deal.
