The NC knows the pilots’ expectations have gone up because of the improved leverage we have and rather than capitalize on that leverage like they should, they’re reminding us of the original objectives of contract 2020.
They do a half-hearted poll and say they don’t see any need to un-AIP sections we want reopened.
It’s not their job to tell us what we’re going to vote on, it’s their job to negotiate the items into the TA we want.
They’re pilots but they don’t spend the time on the road we do and things like hotel and transportation quality and lack of crew harmony don’t affect them to the same extent.
Another thing I’d like to see codified is the neutering of these operational middle managers that override front line employees, screwing our passengers and destroying our performance.

Just stop with the educate yourself. I would say every No earn my yes is far more educated than the typical if John is yes I’m a yes. GMAB! As for the supposal, guess you failed to read where SWAPA said it wasn’t as bad as they thought, but they sent a counter. As far as the 11/30 podcast. MEH. You keep crying emotions because many here want their yes earned. Get off your whinny soap box. I have zero emotions for SWA or this contract. What I do have is high expectations of my worth. Sorry you value your worth below that.

Emotional you are. LOL You assume and lable and thats ok but not for others. WAJ! Is your reading comprehension that bad. Go find what was said about the supposal. Its not an official SWAPA email. Us uneducated that cant read, might look at several sources. Then evluate all the information.

I'd still like to see where there was any mention of this supposal being better than they hoped but still sent it back. It's really simple - either it's good enough to send to BOD or it's not. To me, it sounds like it's not.

Ok for those less informed. SWAPA mentioned it to the class currently in UG. We shall see if there is an update from either side today or tommorrow. Time to go to work.
