Basically this. Cover retirements and attrition for both 2025 and 2026, since there wasn't really any hiring last year. I would expect attrition to tick up this year as displacement woes continue and people realize they aren't getting back to Denver soon, and new hires see that they are gonna be stuck on the east coast or Texas for awhile.

Retirements, medicals, and something they didn’t expect: FO attrition. It’s higher than most realize and the company was not counting on it, which is why they just increased onboarding of new FOs in the next 90 days by 26%.

where are you seeing FO attrition data or onboarding trends? Quick look in cwa just now shows 1 QT in BWI…granted that’s just for the rest of Feb. haven’t looked in March…
