So what really needs to be done other than provisioning?

not directing at anyone but that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of testing for. FAA at its finest.
finest.its up there with average weights at the airport of your choosing.

It was a joke. Too soon ? I’d attach a photo of the PHX hangar and aircraft flooded with foam, but it seems this website was designed by the same dude who built the training bid software. Functionality = zero.

Yeah this forum software is firmly in the 2010’s era.

well it was a good joke because apparently I thought it was plausible given how the certification has gone.
well done

sure Boeing is going to handle it but it’s going to take forever to do on 35+ airframes. Easily 6months just on that alone. The manuals will see a ton of revisions because that’s what the FAA requires. Add on any proving runs on top of the paperwork because it’s new airframe to the system. It’s all government bureaucracy I’m not a fan of it either but I’m willing to bet money it’s more than 6months from certification till we figure out how to fly it.
