I'm at the front end of this recent wave, but if I still can't hold west of the Mississippi when united calls back it's gonna be a game time decision to stay or go.

A lot of the front facing people have no idea what's junior. I'm a recent hire and at conferences last fall and even while in indoc I was being told normally oak is the junior base. If you do even 20 sec of research you'd find out that hasn't been true for 2 years and with displacements it's gone from bad to worse. And that's West coast. If you want DEN right now, you'd have to be brain dead to not go to UAL.
