I think attrition slowed because everyone is holding off to get retro before leaving. I know a couple of guys holding CJO's to legacies and they will leave shortly after. They are kind of senior on the FO side as well. The true test will start after that. With the Max issues and this airlines dependency on them it might add to some additional attrition. AA hasn't slowed hiring at all. They can't considering all the retirements they have. Someone said something like 5k in the next 5 years.

At NGPA SW said it would resume hiring late Q3 or Q4 due to the lower attrition rate. Basically told everyone thanks for the interest keep your hopes up and check back in several months. Similar comments from many airlines.
