Lol I was just joking with the rebuttal. In all seriousness though, I would need the mindset to shift and for us to actually take some risks as a company in order for me to not want to consider leaving. My worst fear is that I stay at Southwest for 35+ years hoping things change and we adapt, but never do.
Management needs to realize that if we don’t change the mindset, we will be left behind. One thing that Delta does so well is that they are always looking ahead.

Ive been on military leave so haven’t had the opportunity to make a move yet. The wave for now has stopped, but retirements at AA are still coming.

I believe mgt. has said. " we are right where we want to be ". No need for change, it reminds me of the music playing on the main deck as the Titanic goes under
