Anyone know what training pay is? Assuming training is 3 months or so as well? Also, are insurance benefits a day 1 benefit or a 90 day wait?

Thanks

Guarantee from day 1. 87 or 89/mo @ $121.06. Per diem doesn’t start til IOE. Benefits from day 1…might take a few days to get family into the system. Ability to use Myidtravel to list family on OAL’s has like a 6 mo wait.

This comes up every time we haven't had new hires in a bit, but the absolute best insurance plan that the company will try to dissuade you from getting is fittingly called the Regular Plan. $300 family deductible, $2500 max out of pocket. Zero premiums. You have to pay for preventive care on your own dime, but you will easily save tens of thousands of dollars if not hundreds of thousands over a career.

$121.06 yes, but that’s per TFP. The reality is that is more than the usual “credit” you get at other airlines. Plan on a 3.2 flight paying around 4.5

On top of that, you’ll receive another 20% (18% 401K contribution and 2% MBCBO.

Thanks for the info!

cannot be overstated. During indoc they will have people come and talk about benefits etc. During mine several people asked about the regular plan and they brushed it off and wouldn't talk about it.
If you have questions ask people you know and they can point you in right direction.

taxable because everyone is based in dal until officially based elsewhere and it's daily so counts for taxes. Im not really sure why it maater if you come back to base at the end of day v overnight but thats what I shows when I do locals

87 hrs @ $121 for guarantee? APC saying 78 hr guarantee. Just trying to figure out the TFP deal and what to actually plan on seeing, if able to land the job.

Thanks again
