From: DOWNGRADE COMPLETE: Thanks Gary. Thanks SWAPA.
MaxPower,
Chirp...........chirp.........chirp.
Yeah I pretty much thought you and WM were similar. A while back I asked the WM where he should have been on an SLI that would satisfy him (in a generic sense, no specifics so as to not reveal his/her identity) and he did not have the gonads to answer. Now I ask you a direct question about the improper use of sick leave and...............
Who knows? Maybe you have not had the time to post. We will see.

And cue the SWAPA minions who will now come on to tell me that there's no threat at all and everything is simply rosy in "ONE LUV Land".
My answer is this: My opinion on where I thought it'd be fair that I fit into the new list is NO WHERE close to where I actually fit it.

Whack - wake up and see the reality. There are many issues on the SWA and SWAPA side of things. Many. Too many to count.
I have been with SWA over ten years, my airline of choice. Since 2007, the airline has been struggling. Since 2000 SWAPA has been struggling. Too many good years in the past. Now things do not look not so good, and there are too many chiefs, all with different opinions. No unity.
SWA will not get better until the acquisition is complete, and ALL AirTran pilots are over on the SWA side of the partition.

How exactly are we supposed to discuss an SLI "in a generic sense". Seriously? How about I reply to your question when there's no further threat of intimidation or targeting left in my career if my identity is known.

WM,
As I have said before I really don't care who you are. I care about why you feel so wronged. I will admit my sympathy chip has been damaged and probably will not be repaired to satisfy you or those who feel similarly. It is wrong if you have been threatened.
I would like to think that at some point you can be happy at Southwestern Trailways. I will not hold my breath though because ultimately it is up to you and anyone who feels so wronged. That includes those who were at SWA when the merger/acquisition went down who also feel wronged. I lose no sleep worrying about people with a chip on their shoulder that will only be removed when they decide to remove it.
I have flown with three AT guys and it has been quite pleasant. According to you and others they were just blowing smoke and I am completely incorrect that they seemed to be happy/satisfied. Again I will not lose any sleep wondering about such things.
Peace and out.

Oh, hey, sorry I couldn't reply to your sanctimonious blathering soon enough to suit you,, but I was busy populating a future orphanage in Tahiti.
Re-read my posts, and you'll find that no response was required.... I never advocated abusing sick time, I merely said I resented people flying while sick and then holding themselves out as as a paragon of virtue. If the shoe stinks, it's probably yours.
Over, and out, again, stinkfoot.
P.S. I'm sure you're an absolute joy to fly with, even when you're not sick, yet you provably have no idea why you fly with a different FO every trip.

Oscar - The last several posts have been well written. But there always will be unhappy folks on both sides of the partition. As evident from some of the threads on this forum.
I still like SWA, always will. I do not have to like what SWA does sometimes, but I will still fly from point A to point B.
