FWIW, the only thing I changed in the past couple of days was putting down my entire work/school history back to when I was 14 years old. I had previously listed only my aviation work history. I don't know if that made a difference or not.
That's crazy, congrats man. What a roller coaster. Will possibly even make for a good story in the interview. Good luck. You give others hope.

I'm a little confused by Southwest's application process. Is going to pilot credentials and creating a profile and making it active enough, or do you have to go through southwest.com and apply that way too?

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I know you've been waiting patiently as well. I hope you also get the call soon!

You must apply through southwest.com and also complete a pilot credentials profile. Make sure the pilot credentials profile has all green check marks on the opening page when you first login. If there's any red x's, you'll need to go to that section and fill in the missing information.

Ok, that makes sense, thanks. When are they going to open the app window up?

Congrats b190av8r! I just got the invite today as well. I applied March 28 when the window opened. I have scheduled my interview for June. I am so excited and beyond words to finally get this opportunity.

Stats:
10,800 hrs total
8,200 PIC
9,000 Turbine
ATP
Part 121 regional pilot just under 11 years
Part 135 cargo (BE58,PA31,C208, LR35)
CFI/CFII/MEI
4 year bachelor degree
Just completed a LR60 type rating in January 2016.
Never had the opportunity to attend a job fair. My airline is short staffed and I owe it to them first to be at work when scheduled.
Very thankful!

I'll be sure to get back on here after my interview to share my experience. Good luck everyone. Feel free to send me PM.
