Also, I just tried logging in to swa.pilotcredentials.com and got a message from webpage pop-up that says "Profile Management is currently disabled." Can't even log in to the site right now to check on the event, or anything else for that matter.

I just did, as well. And I don't even have a "live" app in with SWA yet. Just a SWA pilot credentials account.

I can't wait for the tweet from SWA letting everyone know the job fair was filled in 2 minutes and they had 13,000 dreamers. They already have a method of selecting candidates they want to interview. If you don't believe me ask one of your buddies to walk in your resume to a chief pilot and listen to the response.

Here is the irony, you don't need an app on file to register for the job fair. The button to register was to the left of where you log into your account. Basically a 500 CFI could register and go to the job fair. You don't have to meet to mins to go. I am with some of the guys on here, I think its more to say " Hey look at all the pilots that want to come here". Atleast make the pilots that are attending meet the mins and have an app on file.

First we abdicate our entire hiring process to some computer algorithm developed by some third-party hack to whom we paid an a$$load of money.
Then we tease all of you with an email about how this is your Golden Opportunity to get tips and tricks on what it takes to make yourself more competitive (in case you were too dumb to figure it out, based on the boxes you'd damn sure better be able to check off on our application--NATOPS, Stans Eval, Space Shuttle Commander, & etc.).
Then we shut down the window after about thirty seconds because all eight thousand of you tried to jump through it at the same damn time.
Without a heart it's just a machine MY A$$!
