Contract Negotiations room

You said that guys in the last month are wearing lanyards in FLL that were not before, what was the "trigger" to get them to put a lanyard on that most of us have been wearing for almost a year?
Guys picking up open time, JRMs, Standing Avail and those cutting deals are a detriment to us getting a contract. So guys that do it, contractually compliant or not, are hurting the group as a whole. To me, this is obvious, I guess to others it is not.

And at this point, should we be holding hands with the "gravy chokers" on the chat boards?

Just a minute professor, I said I hadn't seen any, not that those that weren't now are. I'm not keeping a list. Point is whatsapp isn't anonymous so the antics of Mr GravyTracker don't happen. No lanyard police, etc. It only happens here with tough guy keyboard comandos.
Anyway, early show and I need to scrub my dentures.
Ramrod out.

so according to you, if not one person does any extra flying, we will have a contract asap...is that what you say? why don't you direct you anger toward the real enemies.

how does a person get so screwed up in the head thinking like you? seriously, you are so misaligned with reality it hurts.

If im "screwed in the head," thats fine.
And I never said we would have a contract "ASAP" if people stop the extra flying.
But if you think that guys not picking up open time and accepting JRMs, deals etc wouldn't help us, you're as "screwed in the head" as you think I am.
The company has ZERO motivation to give us a deal when flights are flying as normal. Even paying JRM a few times a day still saves them hundreds and hundreds of millions versus a contract.
The fact you dont realize something that simple just shows how out of touch you are, down in that Lauderdale sun. The fact you dont agree with me actually makes me happy, as im sure you disagreeing with the world makes you happy. Its fine, it really is.

It pains me to back up OEM but yes. We all know who the real enemy is but rescuing the operation is helping that enemy. Do you get a performance bonus? Saving flights from delay or cancellation along with other things people are still doing TODAY are putting more money in our enemies' hands. Mind blowing stuff!

If this place is TRULY as scumbag as you all make it out to be.... don't you think management rather than signing a deal would pull out every trick in the book to project blame on the pilots for "not flying" and use that against us rather than signing a contract?
