I mean I don't doubt that that is what happened but I'd like an official email and maybe a pilot conference call if this week turns out to be a turd. If we aren't employing every legal resource we have after this week(if it's bad) then every single member of our leadership should be held accountable. But let's see what information comes out officially from the NC and respond appropriately. It can't be the same old progress was made nonsense. I'm over that and it's time for a fight

It warms my heart when people in positions of leadership can't take criticism.
How about this? I'll thank you for your hard work on our behalf today. Seriously. Thank you. And then you'll get an "atta-boy" when you follow through on your promise to "get tough" on management. When is that going to be? Lots of talk these days. Still a constant slide in their favor without any response or proactive plan.

And if you manage to get an industry standard deal in the near future, all while playing possum, I'll admit I was wrong and I'll put a case of your favorite IPA at your Vfile. That way you won't have to drink it with me. But I suspect we are going to go for another year getting rolled, at the 11th hour you guys will celebrate a substandard offer and spend another month selling it to us. I really hope I'm wrong.
You will never get it. The company is what's slowing us down, that's where your anger should be directed.

I doubt it... they would probably just ignore it in their desperation and call anyways.

But let's be honest. No surprises. The only surprise will be if we don't have to strike for a contract. I think we all know now after this week that this is going to take a long time and be very painful. If you had any thoughts about jumping ship, this is the time. Seniority is everything at the legacies.

Dont worry....its been covered.
If anyone was concerned about the 4 day that needed to be covered tonight, W4253, its been covered by a junior CA in DFW for that sweet below market pay JRM. The fight will go on as scheduled.
Glad to know that on the same day we get dumped on by management, guys are still picking the phone up and bailing them out. Bob made $7.2 million, more than his counterparts at Legacy carriers, yet we help him and bail out his company.
Is it simply that many in this pilot group are beyond understanding?
Contractually compliant or not, you are helping a management group out that values you the same as the cheap labor we have throughout the company, minus the high paid upper management.
